What Shipping Methods Are Available?
The domestic shipping options available are listed below. These shipping estimates are based on transit days (business days) after the order has left the warehouse. They’re also based on ideal transit conditions. Factors such as apocalyptic weather or a delivery destination in a rural location may experience delivery times beyond the estimates.
How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. After it’s shipped, average delivery times are 2-5 business days within India.
If it’s an international order, most packages arrive within two or three weeks, though it can take from four to six based upon how your country handles those packages. Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do on our end to expedite that process.
How Do I Track My Order?
You can check the status of your order by visiting the “Orders” section of your account. Visit the ‘Track Your Order’ section, where you will see a link to track your order via our courier partner’s website. You can then track your order in real time.
How Do I Place an Order?
Once you have finished adding items to your shopping cart and are ready to complete your transaction, move your cursor to the lower-right corner of the screen and click on the “Checkout” button. You will then be transferred to our secure server and asked to either create a new account or place an order without an account.
How do I cancel the order, I have placed?
You can cancel your order before it has been packed at our warehouse. If your order has already been shipped, you can refuse it at the time of delivery and refund will be processed into the source account, if order amount was paid online.
How can I get my order delivered faster?
Sorry, currently we do not have any service available to expedite the order delivery. In future, if we are offering such service and your area pincode is serviceable, you will receive a communication from our end.
